Magic Island - Ala Moana beach park

My favorite beach on Oahu is here at Magic Island beach.

Nice scenery you can see the Diamond Head from the beach.
Very clear water and safe for kids too. There are less people compared to Waikiki beach.

I brought 8 months old baby. She was happy there.

Only one thing you need to concern is that there is no shade on the beach. It's nice to bring beach umbrellas or quick shade if you like to stay on the beach. Otherwise, you can go to the park there are many shades there.

I was with my baby so I didn't want her to get bitten by ants so we stayed on the sand.

In the Ala Moana beach park, there are bathrooms, showers and benches. What's more, free parking!
